Return and Refund Policy of Not Just Regular
Cancellation Before Shipment (Apparel): If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within a short time frame after making your purchase. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.
No Return or Refund After Shipment (Apparel): We at Not Just Regular take pride in the uniqueness and quality of our products. Due to the nature of our business and the messages we promote through our apparel, all sales are final once shipped. We do not offer returns or refunds after the product has been shipped to you, unless the item is defective.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we are here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with detailed photos and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the defect or damage. If your claim is approved, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Process for Approved Returns: For any approved returns due to defects or damages, instructions will be provided on how to return the item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Size Swaps (Apparel): Sizing kids is tough, so we’ll swap the size once. The item must be unworn and unwashed with tags on, and you need to ask within 14 days of delivery. Email contact@notjustregular.com with your order number and the size you need. You cover shipping it back to us, and we ship the new size free (US). Swaps depend on stock. We don’t exchange for a different item.
Highlight Packages: Team ($150) and Individual ($120) Highlights are paid in full when you book and are non-refundable. If the game gets canceled or rescheduled, your booking moves to the new date. Videos are delivered within 5 days of the game.
