Not Just Regular Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost: Free US shipping on every order. International: shipping + duties calculated at checkout. Every apparel order comes with a free pair of NJR socks.

General Information: At Not Just Regular, we're committed to delivering our unique and quality clothing right to your doorstep. We understand that receiving your items promptly and securely is important, and we strive to make the shipping process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Shipping Time:

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Pre-Order/Out-of-Stock Items: For items not currently in stock, we offer a convenient pre-order option. These items will be restocked and ready to ship within approximately three weeks from the time of order. This includes one week for manufacturing, one week for shipping to our facility, and one week for processing and sending out to you.

Shipping Process:

  1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming the details.
  2. Manufacturing (if applicable): For pre-ordered items, we'll begin the manufacturing process. This takes about one week.
  3. Receiving Items: Once manufactured items are received at our facility, we'll prepare them for final shipment.
  4. Dispatch: Your order will be dispatched, and you'll be notified with the tracking information.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, once dispatched, it should take about 3-5 business days for your order to reach you.
  • Note: These are estimated times and can be subject to delays.

Carrier Delays:

  • Not Just Regular is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier but will do everything within our power to assist and keep you informed.
  • In the event of a delay, we will provide updates and support to track your order.

  • We believe in keeping you in the loop. For pre-ordered or delayed items, we will regularly communicate the status and any changes in delivery time.
